Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos is being sued by his former housekeeper for discrimination.

Mercedes Wedaa worked at Bezos’s Seattle home for nearly three years. She claimed that while she was employed by Bezos, she was forced to work 14-hour days. She and other staff say they were required to climb out of a window to use the bathroom, as they were not allowed to use one in the main house.

In addition, the suit claims that the workers were not allowed to take breaks or eat lunch. As a result, they frequently contracted urinary infections from being unable to use the bathroom.

Lawyers for Bezos claim that the allegations have no merit, while lawyers for the workers claim they will win as no employer is above the law.
