This year’s event was expertly chaired by Hannah Burns, Bernadette Castro, Debra Del Vecchio, and Jenny Smith, bringing together a vibrant community to support a worthy cause.
The gala was a resounding success, grossing over $275,000. Proceeds from the event will support the Foundation’s vital work in maintaining the historic 409-acre Olmsted Brothers-designed landscape and providing rich educational experiences for learners of all ages and abilities.
Among the notable guests were the Honorable Tom Suozzi, Town of Oyster Bay Supervisor Joseph Saladino, Emmy-award winning actress Susan Lucci, Long Island State Parks Regional Director George Gorman, News 12 Anchors Caroline Flynn and Alex Calamia, Angela Anton of Anton Media Group, and Grant Lally, publisher of the North Shore Leader.
The presence of such distinguished guests highlighted the community’s strong support and enthusiasm for the foundation’s mission and the preservation of the region’s natural beauty and heritage.
