The 33-year-old rap star, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster, was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 4:30 a.m. on a charge of disorderly intoxication, as well as trespassing property after warning.

Meanwhile, a $650 bond has been submitted for the “Goosebumps” rapper. Scott was bailed out of jail at 8 a.m. Thursday, according to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County.

Scott is known for his rowdy live performances that have occasionally spun out of control, which included a fatal Astroworld festival show in Houston, Texas, in 2021 that left 10 people dead.

The incident took place early Thursday morning when Scott was on a charter boat and was involved in a disturbance with the crew, according to police. Officers were then called to the marina, and he was asked to leave.

However, Scott came back a second time and again got into a dispute with the crew and was asked to leave again, and after he refused, he was arrested, police said.

According to the arrest affidavit, police were called to the dock to respond to a report of people fighting on a yacht. Officers observed Scott screaming at the occupants and officers could “sense a strong smell of alcohol” on his breath, the affidavit states.

“The defendant later admitted that he had been drinking alcohol and stated, “‘It’s Miami,’” according to the affidavit.

Additionally, the affidavit noted that 10 officers used body-worn cameras.

The star shares two children with Kylie Jenner, Stormi, 6, and Aire, 2. The couple are no longer together.

His arrest comes just eight days before he is slated to start the European leg of his Circus Maximus tour. It begins in the Netherlands on June 28th
