As part of his plan to continue openly challenging conservative media sources, Hunter Biden is requesting that Fox News remove all sexually explicit photographs from its platforms that pertain to him, according to an April 23rd letter obtained by NBC News and CNN.

Hunter Biden’s attorneys submitted a letter to Fox News and FOX Corp. requesting clarifications and retractions regarding charges that President Biden and his son participated in a bribery scheme abroad.
The letter accuses a conspiracy to slander and the unauthorized release of “hacked” photographs that are sexual in nature or those that depict the first son partaking in illicit drug usage.
For some months, Hunter Biden’s legal team has been pursuing a vigorous legal and public relations approach. His attorneys have launched many lawsuits against Hunter Biden’s critics and sent out letters requesting inquiries into his opponents. Attorneys for Hunter Biden said they “anticipate” suing Fox, although they have not yet begun the process.
Several of President Biden’s political advisors were first alarmed by his increased tactics in defending himself against the barrage of “accusations” regarding the photographic evidence. However, the president has still consistently supported his son, who faces both gun and tax charges in Delaware and California separately. In response to those criminal allegations, Hunter Biden entered a not guilty plea.
According to the letter, which demands that Fox immediately remove the series from all streaming platforms, the media outlet published “intimate images of Mr. Biden depicting him in the nude as well as engaged in sex acts,” and in 2022, it aired a mock trial of Hunter Biden on the streaming platform Fox Nation.
“FOX knows that these private and confidential images were hacked, stolen, and/or manipulated digital material,” Hunter Biden’s attorneys wrote in the letter.
“The majority of states’ laws against the nonconsensual disclosure of sexually explicit images and videos, sometimes referred to as ‘revenge porn’ laws,” were broken, the attorneys added.
Hunter Biden’s lawyers also object to Fox News releasing its many pieces regarding the first son’s bribery accusations.
“The network has not yet responded to the letter sent April 23, which included a Friday evening, April 26, deadline to respond, according to Geragos. The letter is signed by Tina Glandian, a partner at Geragos & Geragos working on the case,” NBC News reported.
