On Thursday, a lawsuit was filed in New York by Jeanne Bellino, a former child model, accusing Tyler of sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager nearly 50 years ago.

In the lawsuit, the cause of action recorded is “gender-motivated violence,” and the plaintiff is searching for “unspecified damages.”

Bellino claimed to have initially met Tyler in New York during the summer of 1975 when she was 17-years-old. The lawsuit alleges that Tyler, who was 27-years-old at the time, violently assaulted her in an NYC phone booth.

Bellino stated that in 1975, she and a friend had planned to meet Aerosmith and party with the band members.

She claimed that she was walking down 6th Avenue in NYC with Tyler and his companions when she commented on one of his song lyrics that apparently “rubbed him the wrong way.”

According to the lawsuit, Bellino said that Tyler then allegedly “grabbed her and shoved her into a phone booth, where he stuck his tongue down her throat, groped her body, pinned her against the wall of the booth and began humping her pretending to have sex.”

Additionally, Bellino went on to say that she quickly fled the phone booth, but proceeded to stay with the group, including Tyler, and joined them while they drove to the Warwick Hotel. She added that she remained with the group because she “needed to stay with her friend for transportation.”

Bellino also claimed that once she got to the hotel room with the group, Tyler repeated the same assault that he had done to her earlier in the phone booth, which involved “groping and humping her while clothed.”

After the alleged incident, the former child model claimed that she left the hotel and ended up taking a cab ride home.

The lawsuit also mentioned that Bellino still takes medication to help her deal with “long term physical injury” that resulted from her trauma associated with Tyler. Additionally, it states that she was hospitalized as a result of the reported incident.

Bellino is now suing Tyler for his alleged assaults.

Bellino’s lawsuit comes almost a year after Julia Misley, formerly known as Julia Holcomb, filed a similar lawsuit against Tyler.

Misley accused the Aerosmith singer of sexually assaulting her when she was 16-years-old in 1973. She claimed to have met him after attending an Aerosmith concert in Oregon and was invited backstage. After the show, Misley was then [allegedly] invited to Tyler’s hotel room, where he sexually abused her.

Misley’s complaint asserted that Tyler used his popularity and celebrity status to “groom, manipulate, exploit, and sexually assault” her.

As for Bellino’s lawsuit, she claims that Tyler performed “at least one misdemeanor or felony,” in regards to the sexual abuse allegations.
