According to a press release sent out on Tuesday, investigators are returning to the residence on King Road in Moscow, Idaho, where four university students were killed, to “gather documentation for the creation of visual and audio exhibits as well as a physical model of the home.”
The prosecution informed the university that the original schedule for creating visual displays and models of the house was insufficient.
The release stated that the FBI is using an extended trial time frame to acquire new measurements and photographs of the residence now that all personal goods from the building have been removed.
Investigators are set to be in the house from Tuesday to Wednesday collecting the evidence.
Just last week, Judge John Judge denied the motion that the 28-year-old suspect filed to dismiss the indictment in his upcoming trial.
Kohberger is charged with four counts of murder in connection with the deaths of Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin, who were killed in their off-campus home on November 13th, 2022.
