According to a Fox News Digital analysis of campaign finance records, Representative Nancy Pelosi has maintained her habit of enjoying trips on private jets, despite giving up her leadership position and advocating for tough climate legislation.

In November 2022, Pelosi resigned from her position as leader to allow the “new generation” to head the Democratic caucus in the current Congress.
According to her papers, Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) campaign has spent $43,663.80 with Advanced Aviation in March. Reports indicated that the Democrat leader has spent the most on private aircraft use since the beginning of the year.
Reportedly, Pelosi has now spent close to $700,000 in recent years on charter planes, mostly with Advanced Aviation, her longtime favorite business.
Based in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C., Advanced Aviation provides a variety of aircraft, from eight-seat turboprop jets for trips up to three hours to 18-seat ultra long-range jets. According to their website, the jets offer a “comprehensive list of on-board amenities and sophisticated finishes” and include a flight attendant for trips up to 16 hours.
Pelosi, however, also freely spent money on private jets while she was the head of the Democrat Party. Her campaign paid a stunning $349,563 on charter flights during the 2022 election cycle, including $51,389 in in-kind travel to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
The payments were largely sent to Advanced Aviation by Pelosi’s campaign. Her team also had employed Clay Lacy Aviation, located in Los Angeles, California, at least once.
According to a study of her papers, the former House leader started giving money to Advanced Aviation in October 2020, and has since transferred $659,169 from her campaign’s funds into private planes.
Despite her frequent usage of private jets, Pelosi has been an outspoken supporter of reducing carbon emissions and phase-out fossil fuels.
“Nothing can deter House Democrats from our urgent mission to save the planet,” She decaled last year after leading a legislative delegation to a United Nations climate meeting in Egypt.
Additionally, other left-wing committees have recently spent a lot of funds on private jet travel as well. The cost of the most recent aircraft was $337,903, paid for by the Democratic National Committee, while the DSCC spent $223,929 on the midterm elections.
Private planes cost up to $94,164 through the Democratic Grassroots Victory Fund, a collaborative fundraising effort between the DNC, the 50 state Democrat parties, and the District of Columbia Democratic Committee.
