Todd and Julie Chrisley have began their prison sentences upon turning themselves in on Tuesday.

Todd had been ordered to report to FPC Pensacola in Pensacola, Florida, a minimum security prison, before his deadline following his being sentenced to 12 years.

Julie, on the other hand, reported to Federal Correctional Institution Marianna in Lexington, Kentucky to serve her seven-year sentence and afterwards, a 16-month probation after release.

This comes after being denied bail, and also having their request to extend their surrender date by 21 days rejected.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” couple had been convicted in the case of bank fraud and tax evasion.

Initial charges against the Chrisleys were brought in August 2019, and a subsequent indictment was brought in February 2022.

The two allegedly supplied forged paperwork to banks when they applied for loans, and Julie allegedly did the same when she applied to rent a home in California by providing phony bank records and a false credit report.

Their guilty verdict in July 2022 coincided with allegations made by Todd Braddock, the reality star’s former business partner. The reality star also had an extramarital affair with him, and the two men had paid off a blackmailer to keep the affair a secret. This speculation of his sexuality is something Todd Chrisley has vehemently denied.

Todd and Julie got married in 1996 and share three children together: Chase, 26, Savannah, 25, and Grayson, 16.
