Former Congressman Ron Paul criticizes far-left Democrats for walking back on their plea for Biden to open peace talks with Russia.

On Tuesday, Dr. Paul (R-Texas) said there is nothing wrong with seeking peace with Russia and he made it known that he supports the Democrat’s initial request to avoid a bigger conflict. He also added that a majority of Americans do not want to send any more money to Ukraine.

This comes after Pramila Jayapal (D- Wash.) announced that she has retracted her letter to Biden where she called for peace with Russia. Now, Jayapal is calling for the conflict to continue.

“Progressive caucus Jayapal, the chairwoman on this thing, the headline was ‘maybe we ought to have some Diplomacy’ but you gotta keep hating the Russians. Yeah,” Paul said. “The big problem is we sense that there’s a growing number of people (who) contradict themselves the next day.”

Paul maintains that Jayapal’s actions show that the Democrats are not interested in making peace with Russia anytime soon.
