Pro-life GOP candidate Herschel Walker (R-Ga.) maintains that Democrats are desperate and willing to do anything to hold onto the Georgia Senate seat.

When speaking to reporters on the campaign trail on Thursday, Walker continued to push back on claims that he paid for an ex-girlfriend’s abortion in 2009. The Senate candidate also claimed that the Left is trying to make the Georgia race about his family instead of focusing on Joe Biden and the Democrat Candidate Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.).

Despite the attacks, Walker expressed optimism about winning the race.

“Just like what I just said… This seat is important…. I love my family,” Walker said. “I always love my family… I know I’m gonna win this race.”

Prior to running for Senate, Hershel Walker was an American football running back. He played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons.
