Joe Biden’s approval rating has continued to tank in the lead up to this year’s midterm elections.

According to a Civiqs poll released on Monday, only 39 percent of voters approve of Biden, while an overwhelming 52 percent of voters disapprove.

Additionally, a recent CNN poll showed that Biden’s support has dropped by more than 23 points amongst black voters. This comes despite 74 percent of them still preferring Democrats over Republicans.

Meanwhile, the GOP has seen a bump in support from Hispanic voters. This is expected to play a role in highly contested races in Nevada, Arizona and North Carolina.
